TasteScientist: I'm a Geologist but I LOVE to cook. I like to apply science to creating delicious meals so everything that I make is an adventure and an experiment. If I haven't made an absolute mess than I consider my endeavors a failure. When I'm in the kitchen, I need what every Geologist needs: a large serving of beer; oh, and I need very loud music.
